Information you provide through this website

The course enquiry form asks for your name, email, chosen course and privacy acknowledgement. You may also provide a phone number, preferred dates, qualifications or experience, and questions. The form records the source of your enquiry so the team can identify the course or package you selected.

The model enquiry form asks for contact details so the team can respond about model opportunities. Newsletter forms ask for your email address. Course and model enquiries are separate from newsletter requests.

Enquiry details are submitted through the website’s forms for the Academy to review and respond. Please provide only what is needed for your question. Do not send payment card details, identification documents or medical information through an initial enquiry.

The general Academy enquiry form asks for your name, email and message, with an optional phone number. It does not ask for your postal address.

Your privacy questions and requests

You can contact the Academy to ask about information held about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Where applicable, you may have rights to access, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. The rights available depend on the circumstances and the basis for processing.

For a course or model enquiry, include enough detail to identify your request without sending sensitive documents by email. If you no longer want newsletter messages, use the unsubscribe option in a message where provided or contact the Academy.

You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk about a data protection concern.

Cookies and third-party content

Use the cookie banner to accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or choose your preferences. You can reopen the controls using the Cookie Preferences button at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored for 30 days.

You can allow or withdraw these choices through Cookie Preferences. Google Maps is embedded on the homepage and Contact page and loads automatically.
