Booking and cancellation information

Start with an enquiry. Before making a payment, request a written offer covering the course title, entry requirements, awarding body and certificate, teaching dates, total expected duration, assessments, supervised practice and everything included in the fee.

Ask for the payment schedule and the cancellation, refund, transfer and rescheduling terms that apply to your chosen course. Check what happens if you cannot attend or if a course date changes. Travel, accommodation, model allocation and additional assessment fees should be expressly confirmed; do not assume they are included.

For an existing booking, email info@drvlondonacademy.com with your name, course and booking reference to request a cancellation or change. Please avoid sending payment card details or medical information.
